Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or purchasing a vehicle from Cars R2B Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Vehicle Information
We make every effort to ensure all vehicle descriptions, specifications, mileage and prices are accurate.
However:
- Specifications may vary from manufacturer information.
- Vehicles may have reasonable wear and tear consistent with their age and mileage.
- We reserve the right to correct errors or omissions.
- Vehicle availability is subject to prior sale.
Customers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle and satisfy themselves before purchase.
Pricing
All advertised prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).
Cars Rent2Buy Ltd is not VAT registered; therefore VAT is not charged separately unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice until a deposit has been accepted.
Deposits
Deposits are taken to reserve vehicles.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Deposits are non-refundable if the customer changes their mind.
- Deposits may be refunded if Cars R2B Ltd cannot supply the vehicle.
Reserved vehicles will only be held for the agreed reservation period.
Payment
Payment must be made in full before the vehicle is released.
We accept:
- Bank Transfer
- Debit Card
- Other payment methods as agreed
Ownership remains with Cars R2B Ltd until cleared funds have been received.
Vehicle Collection
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring:
- They hold a valid driving licence.
- They have suitable motor insurance before driving away.
- The vehicle is taxed where legally required.
Risk passes to the customer upon collection or delivery.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Vehicles are sold with any warranty specifically advertised.
- Any dealer warranty supplied will include its own terms and exclusions.
- Wear and tear items are not normally covered.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Part Exchange
Part exchange vehicles are accepted at our discretion.
Customers confirm:
- They are the legal owner.
- They have the right to sell the vehicle.
- All information provided is accurate.
If information is found to be incorrect, Cars R2B Ltd reserves the right to amend or cancel the agreement.
Test Drives
Customers undertaking a test drive must:
- Hold a full valid driving licence.
- Follow all road traffic laws.
- Drive responsibly.
Cars R2B Ltd reserves the right to refuse a test drive.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
Cars R2B Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or services.

All content, images and branding on this website remain the property of Cars R2B Ltd unless otherwise stated.
